Sangakaala Tamil women never wore any blouses-they were bare breasted and in summer would annoint themselves with coolants like sandalwood to keep their breathing even. They don't visit the dusty libraries on Tamil medieval history that stands behind Madhya Kailash. I am amazed at how Tamil men decide what their women must wear!
